The Ruler of Zombie TV shows- The Walking Dead.

The Walking Dead is one of the most popular Zombie TV shows which has gained mass popularity since its premiere in 2010. The Zombie TV show ran for 12 years straight, given the rise of its fan following. It often happens that some shows get old with the renewed seasons, but somehow, this show not only taps into your horror taste but also your romantic bug and other emotions.

Its take on society and prejudices, along with emotional aspects and the horror side, has kept the audiences hooked. Along with the zombies, the show has incorporated characters who have been directed so humanely even in the compromised post-apocalyptic situation, which makes their death or loss extremely hard for the fans.

Even the main character of the series began with Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln), later in the series, several other characters emerged in the storyline, such as Daryl (Norman Reedus), Maggie (Lauren Cohan), Carol (Melissa McBride), Michonne (Danai Gurira) and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan).

Admiration towards their work in the show got them to be a part of different spinoffs. Even though the actual The Walking Dead ended, the spinoffs have kept the Zombie TV Show relevant among fans of the genre. The most shocking part of the show is still the character development of Negan as to how he turned from the most hated one to one of the favourite characters in the Zombie TV Show.
