Rockstar Games is currently working on a new action-adventure game called GTA 6. After Grand Theft Auto V, it will be the 8th core Grand Theft Auto game and the sixteenth overall. In February 2022, Rockstar revealed that the video game was under development, capping years of rumours and excitement. Journalists labelled the September online leak of footage from unreleased versions as one of the largest in the video game industry’s history.
Released officially in December 2023, the game will be accessible on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X in late 2025 for primary access and later to all users who are playing on different operating systems. The last game, which is GTA 5, was released in the year 2013 on 17th September, and after 12 years of developing their best-ever video game, Rockstar Games are all set to release the game in Fall 2025.

The first trailer shows Lucia as a prison inmate and subsequently escaping with her boyfriend.
